Fashionistas were transported to the heady heights of Holywood, as Victoria Square made a splash with its Resort Runway spring/summer fashion show on Friday (4 April).
Building on the centre’s popular Park and Stride and In Flight fashion shows, Victoria Square’s brand-new theme set temperatures racing, showcasing the season’s hottest trends on a custom Palm Springs country club-inspired set, inspired by the revolutionary charm of the old Hollywood pool parties.
Styled by Cool FM’s Rebecca McKinney, Victoria Square’sResort Runway fashion transported the audience to the Golden Age, with vintage styling married with modern must-have pieces from Victoria Square’s biggest fashion brands.
An array of bold colours, sleek silhouettes and retro glamour looks, perfect for the poolside, or stylish summer soirees were showcased in four curated scenes: swim, sweat, strut and sip, as models sashayed down the custom pink runway, with unique theatrical twists from Peter Corry Productions performers.

Before soaking in the exuberant Palm Springs-inspired collection, guests indulge their senses at The Beauty Lounge, with Victoria Square’s beauty experts on hand with the latest must-have fragrances and beauty buys. West Coast Cooler’s quirky vending machine dispensed a taste of summer, giving guests a first taste of Sunburst, the popular wine cooler’s new Peach and Mango flavour, which launched this week.
