Unveiling history

The Ulster History Circle and Ards and North Down Borough Council  recently unveiled a blue plaque commemorationg Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh and 2nd Marquess of Londonderry.

The unveiling took place at Ards Art Centre in Newtownards.
